Argentina Political Graff

All over Buenos Aires are these crazy straight letter sign writing styled pieces. At first I thought it had something to do with the football hooligans. But I found out off a mate that it´s all politacal graffiti. It is pretty much on every main road over the city. There are different parties and they all have their colours. They are all chucking up their leaders names and going over eachother. They also have shoot outs over spots and the police are too scared to bust them. This would never happen in Australia. Imagine people going out there and hitting every main road and freeway spot doing pieces for Julia Gillard. All the pieces are done with brushes and they spend about 5 minutes on each piece. Most of them are basic straight letters but some of them are really stylish. I don´t have many photos of them but I woke up the other day with this on the side of the place I was staying at. They capped the other party with this white powdery stuff and rocked this.

Buenos Aires

Just got to Buenos Aires. Great city. It´s good to see so little retail chains and lots of hand painted signage. 013 crew have smashed the place. Stay tuned for some more flicks.

Kuala Lumpur

Got directions from a mate to this spot in Kuala Lumpur. Spent more time trying to find paint than actually painting. I had 30 minutes and 4 cans of paint. Would have liked to spend some more time down there considering that there were so many nice pieces and it was in the middle of town.
