Valparaiso, Chile

I spent a week in Valparaiso, Chile. I had never heard of the place until a few months back. I was told that there was a lot of graffiti there but I didn't expect to see such a bombed city. I didn't see many legal walls or big productions, but the city is covered in quick pieces and bombing. I'm not sure why the place is so bombed, I think it's just because they don't buff anything. It's a beautiful city that's built up the side of a mountain with lots of beautiful architecture. I didn't have any contacts there and can't speak a great deal of Spanish but still managed to get a few bits and pieces done.
